This card takes a while to make but I am sure the men in your lives would appreciate it.

Materials used. 3 x A4 pearl cards.I used a darkish brown. gold/black mirror card, orien1 decoupage, orien1 A5 insert. oriental peel offs.

 

I scoured 2 of the A4 sheets of pear card thus creating 2 x A5 cards the third sheet of A4 pearl card I placed flat on my desk then fixed  with double sided tape the 2 A5 cards to it one either side creating the double card effect.

Next I placed the insert onto the back side rounding the corners first.

now I assembled my decoupage using pinflair glue and placed it on top of the insert where the picture is.

Next I printed two pictures of the samurai the first level of the decoupage, these I cut out and put to on side to use on the front sides of the finished card,

the front panels both identical I created by cutting out 2 pieces of gold mirror card to A5 size then taking off about 2cm on each edge and rounding the corners. then 2 A5 panels of black mirri card and reduced these by taking off about 3cm on each edge, and rounded the corners. these I placed on top of the gold mirri card

Next I cut 2 .7cm strips of gold mirri card and rounded the corners, these I placed on top of the gold mirri card in the centre, and then placed the cut out pictures of the samurai on top. using double sided tape to do all of this,finally I finished off design with peel offs.
