Not a quick card to produce but I think well worth that little extra time.

Product needed  is cascade decoupage, Blue A5 card from card stock. cascadepap,cascadeinsert printed at FIT TO PAGE.

Assemble the card by firstly making up the decoupage, then place the insert into the card. now using the cascadepap wrap it around the blue card and affix it with double sided tape  next fold over the top right hand corner of the card and affix the insert with double sided tape just at the point where it folds over. now punch two holes in the folded area and place two brads.

thread blue ribbon through the two brads and tie off the ribbon in the centre.

Now place the decoupage I used large sticky pads, over the ribbon join and a little above the folded area.

Finish off the card with your chosen peel off greetings. Emma
