Price & Vat.                                           All purchases are charged in UKP and include 17.5% VAT.

Postage & Packaging.              P&P to all UK destinations is FREE. all non UK destinations carry  a   £5 Flat  rate charge 

Dispatch         All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment.

Cancellation of order  can be done up to dispatch.

Returns  if you wish to return your purchase for a full refund Items must be in original packaging with no seals broken.

  Complaints.Should you need to register a complaint please either call on the numbers supplied , text/message. all calls will be answered where necessary /complaints will be dealt with in an efficient way and refunds issued where necessary.

Cupcakecrafting operates an Angel policy regarding its products.

Customers are more than welcome  to sell cards produced with cupcakecrafting CD s. either for profit or charity.

If you operate a crafting club or circle you are more than welcome to use the designs for teaching purposes.

Customers are not allowed to reproduce designs in quantity to re sell for profit or to copy the CD s for profitable gain.
